1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolarTenders India (solartendersindia.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.
2. Service Description & Scope
SolarTenders India provides tender discovery, filtering, automated scoring, and document workflow assistance for solar and electrical MSMEs in India. We do not prepare tenders, submit bids, guarantee contract awards, or offer legal advice.
3. Subscription, Payments & Billing
Subscriptions and pilot access (30-Day Starter Pilot at ₹499 one-time, Pro at ₹999/mo, Growth at ₹1,999/mo, Team at ₹3,999/mo) are processed securely through authorized payment gateway (Razorpay Live) supporting UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Corporate Cards. Official GST-compliant tax invoices are issued upon successful payment. The ₹499 Starter Pilot is a single one-time payment with zero recurring auto-debit obligation. Subscriptions can be modified or cancelled at any time from your account settings.
4. User Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' business profiles, abuse automated querying, or exploit platform endpoints.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SolarTenders India, its developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed procurement opportunities, tender disqualifications, tender cancellations, or reliance on preliminary automated scores.
